In connection with our duty to provide information, we inform you that we will process your personal data.

The controller of your personal data is us, i.e. Ewitryna Kędzierski Szafraniec Spółka Jawna, ul. Plac Zwycięstwa 2, 90-312 Łódź, NIP: PL 728-270-77-82, KRS: 0000315772, REGON: 100594887 (the “Controller”).

Legal basis for the processing of personal data:

1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter “GDPR”,

In connection with our processing of your personal data, we inform you that you have the following rights:
1. the right to request access to your personal data, and its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
2. the right to object to processing, 
3. the right to data portability,
4. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the user has given such consent,
5. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in connection with the Controller's processing of personal data.

Providing personal data is always voluntary for the user, but necessary in order to use certain features of the Website.

We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided and ensure that all security and personal data protection measures required by data protection law are taken. Personal data is collected with due care and appropriately protected against access by unauthorised persons. Personal data is processed exclusively within the territory of the European Union. 

We do not transfer or trade in personal data. Your personal data is not passed on to other persons or institutions without your express consent. Nevertheless, you should also be aware that the personal data we process may be made available to authorised state bodies at their request, but only on the basis of the relevant legal provisions. 

As the Personal Data Controller, we have entrusted the processing of personal data to the following entities:
1. Home.pl S.A. – for the purpose of storing data on the server (databases and software)
2. BDB AGOS Usługi Audytorskie, Finansowo Księgowe, Doradztwo Sp. z o.o. - for the purpose of legal, accounting, HR and payroll services.
3. IFIRMA SA - for the purpose of issuing VAT invoices.
4. HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc., HubSpot Ireland Limited) - for the purpose of handling service requests and product enquiries

Using the Website

To use Website features such as the newsletter and the contact form, you will be asked to provide your personal data, i.e. first name and surname, e-mail address, company name and contact telephone number (not all fields are always available and required). The legal basis for processing your personal data contained in the registration form is the consent given by you (the user).

The data provided in the contact form and in the newsletter sign-up form will be saved in our database. 

In order to register in the newsletter system (e.g. Website Pricing, Facebook Pricing, the Effective Website course) you will additionally be asked to confirm your email address by clicking the link in a verification message. The address used to send verification messages is rodo@ewitryna.pl (active from 25.05.2018 at the latest).

Contact by e-mail

When you contact us by electronic mail, you give us your e-mail address as the sender's address. In addition, other personal data may also be included in the body of the message. The legal basis for processing your personal data in this case is the consent resulting from initiating contact with our company, i.e. with the Controller. The user's personal data provided by you as part of e-mail contact is processed solely for the purpose of handling the enquiry. The content of the correspondence may be archived in accordance with the security policy of the provider's servers. Our mailboxes are operated by Home.pl.

Contact by telephone

When you contact us by telephone, you may give us personal data in the course of the conversation. The legal basis for processing personal data in this case is the consent resulting from initiating contact with our company. The personal data you give us as part of telephone contact is processed solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The content of the conversation is not archived.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to operate forms and the website itself, and to support mechanisms and software provided by, among others, Google, Facebook, VWO and Hotjar (analytics, advertising and performance measurement).

While the Service is being used, data concerning the Client is also collected automatically. This data may be collected in the Service's system logs, by cookies and by the Web Beacon system (empty image files, e.g. of the Facebook system). The Client may delete cookies at any time using the functions available in their web browser. Restricting the use of cookies may cause some elements of the Service to stop working.

The Privacy Policy does not govern the way cookies are used by third parties. Information about such files should be sought on the partners' websites. Data collected by third parties does not allow the user to be identified.

Additional information about the Newsletter system (Unsubscribing)

If you have consented to the processing of data for marketing purposes, we remind you that you can opt out of receiving email messages at any time by clicking the deactivation link available in every offer message we send. If you click the link, your data will be permanently deleted. This process cannot be reversed. To give us your email address again, you need to fill in the relevant form on our website and give the appropriate consent once more.
